Chateau Bolchet
Founded in 1900 by the great great grandfather of Beatrice, Château Bolchet was reinvigorated in 1996. Located in Caissargues, a stones throw from the Mediterranean Sea the vineyard rests on a limestone. Beatrice and Jean-Michel bring their great care in the vineyard with parcels of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. On this same soil cultivated by the Romans, with soil consisting of large stones, characteristics of the Rhone Valley.The resulting wines are forceful, muscular and not for the faint of heart.
