Olivier Dumaine Crozes-Hermitage

dumainecrozes2010(2)The Dumaine family has resided at Larnage since 1650. Olivier and Maryline Dumaine (and hazelnut the horse) work 3,5 ha of Syrah and 1 ha of mostly Marsanne. Ancient vines and naturally low yields, results in beautifully dense, yet balanced wines.

This has a tasty, briary mix of red cherry, bitter orange, tobacco and violet flavors that push through the light toasty finish.
